Right now Vladimir Putin has a 650 billion dollar piggy bank, the United States last time I

looked, had only a 45 billion dollar piggy bank. Vladimir Putin has

two-thirds of a trillion dollars in savings.

Just by comparison, China is the champ. China has 3.5 trillion dollars in savings. Vladimir Putin has been very carefully saving his money so that he could afford a total war.
