Exclusive Interview with Megan Gallagher

Hi Megan! Thanks for being here! 

How do you normally start your day?

I wake up every morning at 5 am! I love watching the sunrise and having that time for myself! I live in a high rise building and for me, that ten minutes is so peaceful! Just watching the day start. It’s soothing, calming, and a great way to start the day! 

What is your favorite time of day? 

I love the morning! I’m typically a night owl, that’s when I get my best ideas- but I love the mornings! Any day I start at 5 am with a sunrise watch, green juice & a cold shower- is going to be a good day! 

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done in your life?

I would say the most adventurous thing I’ve ever done is move across the country in a pandemic! It was scary, vulnerable, and real! It still hits me to this day that I did it! All by myself! 

What is the best compliment you have ever received? 

I think the best compliment I’ve ever received was when I was 18 years old, I was on a camping trip and one of the girls I was with told me, “You really think about other people before yourself. I don’t many people who do that”. I had gotten her Advil at a gas station, and she really said to me how much it meant to her! 

What makes you smile the most?

What makes me smile the most is helping others, working out, and staying healthy! I love just staying in a good mindset at all times! 

What is one city you have always dreamed of traveling to? 

I would love to go to Greece! It’s so dreamy looking! All the white and blue! It seems magical! 

If you could do a cameo in any TV series, what show would it be?

I would love to be in Outerbanks! 

What is your favorite account to follow on social media?

I love Amber Lancaster, Rocky Barnes, Christine Burke, and Farrah Brittany! 

What is your favorite dessert? 

My favorite dessert is vegan ice cream, dark chocolate, assorted nuts, and peanut butter!! It’s so good!
